Can we book multiple drops on a single job?▼
Yes — multi-drop is priced by route mileage plus a small per-stop fee. Far cheaper than booking each drop individually.
Do you integrate with our order system?▼
We offer manual booking by phone, email and WhatsApp today. For higher-volume retail clients with API needs, talk to us about a custom integration — we'll scope it on a call.
How do you handle high-value items like electronics?▼
Allocated drivers hold driver goods-in-transit cover normally up to £5,000 per consignment. For higher-value items declare the value at booking and we'll arrange specific cover where required.
Do you provide a Goods-in-Transit certificate for retail and wholesale clients?▼
Yes. We carry up to £5,000 Goods-in-Transit cover and £1m Public Liability. A current certificate of insurance can be emailed to your procurement team before the first job.
Can we book on account rather than paying by card each time?▼
Yes. Once you've passed a standard credit check (or made an opening deposit) we open a 30-day invoiced credit account. One consolidated PDF and CSV invoice per month, with PO references printed on every line.
Do you cover the whole of the UK?▼
Yes. Same-day urgent collection is available nationwide. We operate from the Midlands, which keeps us central for cross-country runs to London, Manchester, Leeds, Bristol, Newcastle and Scotland.
