Can you collect a part I've bought from a breaker?▼
Yes — give us the yard's address, the part description and your reference. We'll show ID, check the part matches the description, and deliver it to you. Payment-on-collection can be arranged in advance.
How do you handle very heavy items like engines?▼
Standard with our small-van rate up to ~400kg if the seller can load it (most yards have a forklift). For items over 40kg per piece we strongly recommend 2-Man so the goods are unloaded safely at your end.
Can you run between our group's sites every day?▼
Yes — we quote multi-site shuttles as recurring contracts. See recurring deliveries, or call to discuss.
Do you provide a Goods-in-Transit certificate for automotive trade clients?▼
Yes. We carry up to £5,000 Goods-in-Transit cover and £1m Public Liability. A current certificate of insurance can be emailed to your procurement team before the first job.
Can we book on account rather than paying by card each time?▼
Yes. Once you've passed a standard credit check (or made an opening deposit) we open a 30-day invoiced credit account. One consolidated PDF and CSV invoice per month, with PO references printed on every line.
Do you cover the whole of the UK?▼
Yes. Same-day urgent collection is available nationwide. We operate from the Midlands, which keeps us central for cross-country runs to London, Manchester, Leeds, Bristol, Newcastle and Scotland.
