We'd rather be honest about boundaries than win a job we can't do properly.
What we do
- Single pallets and part-loads collected and delivered by one dedicated van
- Up to 1 standard UK pallet (1200×1000mm) in our small/medium van, or 2–4 in a Luton
- Same-day urgent collection across the UK (typically 60–90 minutes)
- Scheduled / flexible delivery within a 1–5 day window at a lower price
- Tail-lift / pump-truck handling where required (specify at booking)
- Direct point-to-point — no hub, no depot, no overnight sort
What we don't
- Full pallet-network coverage at £30/pallet next-day — we're not Palletline or Palletways and won't pretend to be
- Full 26-tonne / artic loads — we top out at Luton class (~4 pallets)
- ADR / hazardous goods (we are not ADR-licensed)
- Temperature-controlled (frozen / chilled) pallet transport

Single transparent price based on the actual route. No fuel surcharge surprises, no per-kilo gotchas.

Urgent = direct van today. Flexible = same job inside a 1–5 day window, typically ~30% cheaper.

Urgent same-day
From £1.25 per mile, £60 minimum. Direct quote based on actual collection-to-delivery mileage plus any tail-lift / 2-man uplift.
Flexible window
Typically ~30% cheaper than urgent for the same lane, capped at 50% discount on longer runs. Useful when you can give us a 1–5 day collection window.
2-Man handling
Where the pallet contents are over 40kg per piece or need two people to handle safely, our 2-Man uplift is £30 or 25% of the job — whichever is greater.

What's the maximum pallet count you can carry on one job?▼
Up to ~4 standard UK pallets (1200×1000mm) on our Luton, depending on weight. For more than 4 pallets we'll honestly recommend a pallet network or full-load haulier — that's not our sweet spot.
Do you have a tail-lift?▼
Yes — we can arrange tail-lift collection or delivery on request. Flag it at booking so we send the correct vehicle.
Can you do payment-on-collection if we're buying from a supplier?▼
Yes. Where you've already paid the supplier and just need the goods collected against a reference, that's standard. If you need us to make a payment on your behalf at collection, ask first — we can usually arrange it.
Why are you more expensive than a pallet network for a single pallet?▼
Because we don't share the load. Your pallet goes on a van by itself (or alongside one other consignment going the same way) and arrives the same day, untouched. If you'd rather pay £30 and wait three days, a pallet network is the right call — and we'll tell you so.
Do you provide a Goods-in-Transit certificate for pallet and part-load work?▼
Yes. We carry up to £5,000 Goods-in-Transit and £1m Public Liability. A current certificate of insurance can be emailed to your procurement or finance team before the first job.
Can we set this up on a Business Account rather than paying per job?▼
Yes. Open a Business Account (5-minute application, subject to credit check), book against a PO reference each time, and receive one consolidated PDF and CSV invoice per month payable in 30 days.
Do you cover the whole of the UK?▼
Yes. We operate from the Midlands which keeps us central for cross-country work. Nationwide collection and delivery — London, Manchester, Leeds, Bristol, Newcastle, Scotland and everywhere between.
