What does '60–90 minute collection' actually mean in practice?▼
From the moment you confirm the booking, we aim to have a van wheels-rolling toward collection inside 60–90 minutes. Faster is often possible if a driver is already nearby — call us and we'll tell you straight.
Can you handle controlled / export-restricted parts?▼
We can handle sealed loads with single-driver custody and recorded seal numbers. We are not a customs broker — export paperwork remains the shipper's responsibility.
Do you carry the right insurance for high-value AOG parts?▼
Allocated drivers hold driver goods-in-transit cover normally up to £5,000 per consignment. For higher-value parts, declare the value at booking and we'll arrange additional cover before the wheels roll.
Can we set up a standing AOG arrangement?▼
Yes. Dedicated driver hire can set contracted capacity and response terms for an AOG operation. The vehicle, coverage hours and service levels are agreed in writing.
Do you provide a Goods-in-Transit certificate for time-critical and AOG work?▼
Yes. We carry up to £5,000 Goods-in-Transit and £1m Public Liability. A current certificate of insurance can be emailed to your procurement or finance team before the first job.
Can we set this up on a Business Account rather than paying per job?▼
Yes. Open a Business Account (5-minute application, subject to credit check), book against a PO reference each time, and receive one consolidated PDF and CSV invoice per month payable in 30 days.
Do you cover the whole of the UK?▼
