Week Hire
from £1,250
5 consecutive working days, same driver, same van. Treated as part of your team for the week. Discounted weekly rate vs. day-by-day.
Month Hire
from £4,800
20+ working days. Effectively your second van without the lease, insurance, MOT or fleet admin. Branded magnetic signage available.

Outsourced fleet, without the overhead
Adding a van to your own fleet looks cheap on paper until you cost it properly: vehicle finance, business insurance, MOT and service, tyres, fuel cards, driver salary, employer's NI, holiday pay, sick cover, livery, telematics, downtime when the van is in the workshop. A realistic loaded cost for one in-house van and one PAYE driver in the UK sits north of £60,000 a year — before the first parcel moves.
Dedicated driver hire replaces all of it with one number. You book the days you need, scale up for peak weeks, scale down in quiet ones, and we absorb every fixed cost on our side. The same driver and the same vehicle every day, treated as part of your team — wearing your hi-vis if you want, parked on your yard, working to your delivery schedule.
Drivers, not riders
Every driver we put on a contract is a vetted self-employed subcontractor with full UK driving entitlement, public liability cover and a clean DBS where the contract requires it. We will not put a driver on a long-term contract until they have completed at least 30 successful one-off jobs through our dispatch — the bar for going on a customer's premises every day is higher than for a single parcel run.
How to scope a contract
The fastest way is a 15-minute phone call. We'll ask about your routes, your typical day, your peak windows, vehicle size, and whether you need branded signage or a uniform. From that we can usually quote a fixed weekly or monthly rate inside the same day, and have a driver on-site within a week.
