- Full furniture assembly with bespoke tools (we'll handle simple flat-pack on request)
- Plumbing or electrical installation
- Disposal of old appliances under WEEE regulations (we can collect for return only)
- Multi-storey lift-only buildings without prior survey — please flag tight access at booking

What's the heaviest item your 2-Man service can handle?▼
As a rule of thumb, anything two people can safely lift between them — typically up to ~150kg per piece by hand. Above that we'd recommend a piano-lift / specialist mover rather than over-promise.
Do you assemble flat-pack furniture?▼
Simple assembly (legs on, doors on) yes, by arrangement and quoted as part of the job. Bespoke high-end assembly we'd recommend leaving to the brand's own technicians.
Will you take the packaging away?▼
Yes — by request. We'll bag and remove cardboard and protective wrap as part of the white-glove service. Bulky disposal (large polystyrene crates, pallets) is by arrangement.
Can you handle multi-drop white-glove rollouts for retail?▼
Yes — common for furniture brands and high-end retail rolling out to multiple stores. Quoted as a single route price rather than per drop.
Do you provide a Goods-in-Transit certificate for white-glove delivery?▼
Yes. We carry up to £5,000 Goods-in-Transit and £1m Public Liability. A current certificate of insurance can be emailed to your procurement or finance team before the first job.
Can we set this up on a Business Account rather than paying per job?▼
Yes. Open a Business Account (5-minute application, subject to credit check), book against a PO reference each time, and receive one consolidated PDF and CSV invoice per month payable in 30 days.
Do you cover the whole of the UK?▼
Yes. We operate from the Midlands which keeps us central for cross-country work. Nationwide collection and delivery — London, Manchester, Leeds, Bristol, Newcastle, Scotland and everywhere between.
