How much can I save with flexible delivery?

Savings depend on how wide your window is. A fixed-date booking saves a small amount. A 7-day window typically saves around 12%. A custom multi-day window or fully flexible booking can save up to 30%, with a hard cap of 50% off our same-day rate.

When should I choose flexible instead of same-day?

Flexible suits Marketplace pickups, eBay/Gumtree/Facebook sales, second-hand furniture, non-urgent business deliveries, and any move that can wait a few days. If your item is needed today, use same-day.

How do I book a flexible delivery?

Use the quote widget on any Taylors page, toggle to 'Flexible', enter your collection and drop postcodes plus the date window, and you'll see the discounted price instantly. Pay online or confirm by WhatsApp on 07846 557002.

Is the same insurance included?

Yes — flexible deliveries carry the same requirement as same-day: the allocated driver must hold goods-in-transit insurance providing cover of at least £5,000, and additional insurance may be purchased before collection.

Will I still get status updates and photos?

Yes. Flexible jobs use the same driver app, so you get the status updates link, photo on collection and photo on delivery exactly the same as same-day work.
