Can you handle sheet material up to 3m?▼
Our small van takes loads up to roughly 3m on the diagonal. For full 8x4 boards stacked or anything larger, we'd quote a Luton-class vehicle.
Do you deliver to NEC, ExCeL and other exhibition venues?▼
Yes — we deliver to all major UK exhibition venues. Provide the hall, stand number and build-day timeslot at booking and we'll work to it.
Will you wait for sign-off at the install address?▼
Short waits (up to 15 minutes) are standard. Anything longer is charged as waiting time and agreed in advance so there are no surprises.
Do you provide a Goods-in-Transit certificate for print and signage clients?▼
Yes. We carry up to £5,000 Goods-in-Transit cover and £1m Public Liability. A current certificate of insurance can be emailed to your procurement team before the first job.
Can we book on account rather than paying by card each time?▼
Yes. Once you've passed a standard credit check (or made an opening deposit) we open a 30-day invoiced credit account. One consolidated PDF and CSV invoice per month, with PO references printed on every line.
Do you cover the whole of the UK?▼
Yes. Same-day urgent collection is available nationwide. We operate from the Midlands, which keeps us central for cross-country runs to London, Manchester, Leeds, Bristol, Newcastle and Scotland.
