2-Man crew when needed
For heavier items (windows, doors, packs of timber, kitchen units) we add a second person at £30 / 25% uplift so the goods get safely off the van.
Flexible tier for planned runs
If a delivery can sit in a 1–5 day window, our Flexible service is typically 30% cheaper — useful for fit-out kit and second-fix items.

Can you collect from a builders' merchant on our trade account?▼
Yes — provide the merchant branch, account name and a collection reference (or order number). We'll show ID, collect against the reference and deliver to your site contact.
Do you carry the right insurance for site deliveries?▼
Yes. £5,000 Goods-in-Transit and £1m Public Liability. Drivers wear hi-vis and carry standard PPE; site-specific PPE is the site's responsibility.
Can you handle long lengths or full kitchen units?▼
Our small van takes up to ~3m loads. For full kitchen units or longer lengths we'd quote our Luton-class option, with 2-Man assistance if required.
Do you provide a Goods-in-Transit certificate for construction clients?▼
Yes. We carry up to £5,000 Goods-in-Transit cover and £1m Public Liability. A current certificate of insurance can be emailed to your procurement team before the first job.
Can we book on account rather than paying by card each time?▼
Yes. Once you've passed a standard credit check (or made an opening deposit) we open a 30-day invoiced credit account. One consolidated PDF and CSV invoice per month, with PO references printed on every line.
Do you cover the whole of the UK?▼
Yes. Same-day urgent collection is available nationwide. We operate from the Midlands, which keeps us central for cross-country runs to London, Manchester, Leeds, Bristol, Newcastle and Scotland.
