How it works
- STEP 1
Send photographs
Snap the school clearance at your Cheshunt address and send it on WhatsApp. Photographs are the single biggest factor in quote accuracy — the more you send, the tighter the fixed price.
- STEP 2
Receive a fixed price
We assess volume, weight and access, then confirm a written figure covering the agreed labour, transport and disposal requirements for your collection in Cheshunt. Any change in scope is discussed before work continues.
- STEP 3
Choose your slot
Same-day, next-day, weekend and evening windows are offered subject to vehicle availability. You get a confirmed window rather than an all-day wait.
- STEP 4
We load and clear
The crew arrives with the correct vehicle, loads everything by hand, and sweeps up. The collected school clearance from Cheshunt is weighed and documented at a licensed facility afterwards.
What affects the price
School & Education Clearance starts from £140. Your fixed price is confirmed once we have seen photographs.
- Access — stairs, long carries and restricted parking add labour time
- Timing — weekend, evening and emergency slots carry an uplift
- Location — travel beyond the included mileage is charged at the vehicle rate
- Volume — how much of the van the load actually fills
- Weight — dense material such as rubble, soil and concrete costs more at the gate
- Waste type — recycling routes are cheaper than general disposal
Collecting in Cheshunt
Cheshunt sits in Greater London, within Greater London. Collections are planned around access, parking and permit restrictions before the vehicle is dispatched.
What we do and do not take
Scheduled outside pupil hours where required. Laboratory chemicals, clinical waste and asbestos-containing material are specialist work we do not undertake.
All waste is collected by registered waste carriers and taken to licensed facilities. Waste transfer documentation is provided where applicable.
School & Education Clearance FAQs
Can you work during half term only?
Yes, and it is the norm. Book Cheshunt education clearances early — every school in the area wants the same fortnight.
What about old IT equipment holding data?
Screens and hardware go to a WEEE-licensed recycler. Where drives hold data, remove or arrange certified destruction first — we do not certify data erasure.
Do I need to be there?
Not always. If the school clearance is accessible from outside at the Cheshunt property, we can collect with photographs, written instructions and payment agreed in advance.
Is this cheaper than hiring a skip in Cheshunt?
Frequently. There is no permit to buy, no driveway lost for a week, and you only pay for the space the waste actually occupies. For small and medium school clearance loads in Cheshunt, a wait-and-load collection usually wins on both price and speed.
Are you a licensed waste carrier?
Yes. Every Cheshunt collection is carried out by a registered waste carrier and taken to a licensed facility. Waste transfer documentation is issued where duty of care applies.
Can you collect the same day in Cheshunt?
Often, yes. Same-day school clearance in Cheshunt depends on vehicle availability at the time you call. If we cannot reach you today we will say so rather than take the booking and let you down.
How much does school clearance cost in Cheshunt?
School & Education Clearance in Cheshunt starts from £140. The final figure depends on volume, weight and access. Send photographs on WhatsApp and we confirm a fixed price rather than an hourly guess.

Moving as well as clearing in Cheshunt?
Clearances often sit either side of a move. If you need the furniture that is staying taken to a new address in Cheshunt, that is a removals job rather than a waste job — and it is priced separately.
