How it works
- STEP 1
Send photographs
Snap the rubbish clearance at your Methil address and send it on WhatsApp. Photographs are the single biggest factor in quote accuracy — the more you send, the tighter the fixed price.
- STEP 2
Receive a fixed price
We assess volume, weight and access, then confirm a written figure covering the agreed labour, transport and disposal requirements for your collection in Methil. Any change in scope is discussed before work continues.
- STEP 3
Choose your slot
Same-day, next-day, weekend and evening windows are offered subject to vehicle availability. You get a confirmed window rather than an all-day wait.
- STEP 4
We load and clear
The crew arrives with the correct vehicle, loads everything by hand, and sweeps up. The collected rubbish clearance from Methil is weighed and documented at a licensed facility afterwards.
What affects the price
Rubbish Clearance starts from £120. Your fixed price is confirmed once we have seen photographs.
- Location — travel beyond the included mileage is charged at the vehicle rate
- Volume — how much of the van the load actually fills
- Weight — dense material such as rubble, soil and concrete costs more at the gate
- Waste type — recycling routes are cheaper than general disposal
- Access — stairs, long carries and restricted parking add labour time
- Timing — weekend, evening and emergency slots carry an uplift

What we do and do not take

All waste is collected by registered waste carriers and taken to licensed facilities. Waste transfer documentation is provided where applicable.
Rubbish Clearance FAQs
Will the room be empty when you finish?
Yes, that is the definition of a clearance. We agree the scope in writing before the crew leaves for Methil so there is no argument about what was included.
Can you clear a property I do not live at?
Yes. Landlords, executors and letting agents book most of our Methil clearances remotely — we send photographs of the finished space.
Are you a licensed waste carrier?
Yes. Every Methil collection is carried out by a registered waste carrier and taken to a licensed facility. Waste transfer documentation is issued where duty of care applies.
Can you collect the same day in Methil?
Often, yes. Same-day rubbish clearance in Methil depends on vehicle availability at the time you call. If we cannot reach you today we will say so rather than take the booking and let you down.
How much does rubbish clearance cost in Methil?
Rubbish Clearance in Methil starts from £120. The final figure depends on volume, weight and access. Send photographs on WhatsApp and we confirm a fixed price rather than an hourly guess.
Can you handle difficult access?
Yes. Stairs, lifts, long carries, narrow lanes and permit bays are all workable at Methil properties — we just need to know in advance so the right crew and vehicle are sent.
Why do you ask for photographs?
Because guessing is how customers get stung. Photographs let us size the Methil vehicle, crew and disposal route correctly, so the price we quote for your rubbish clearance is the price you pay.

Moving as well as clearing in Methil?
Clearances often sit either side of a move. If you need the furniture that is staying taken to a new address in Methil, that is a removals job rather than a waste job — and it is priced separately.
