How it works
- STEP 1
Send photographs
Snap the pallet and packaging disposal at your Aberystwyth address and send it on WhatsApp. Photographs are the single biggest factor in quote accuracy — the more you send, the tighter the fixed price.
- STEP 2
Receive a fixed price
We assess volume, weight and access, then confirm one fixed figure covering labour, transport and licensed disposal for the Aberystwyth collection. Nothing is added afterwards.
- STEP 3
Choose your slot
Same-day, next-day, weekend and evening windows are offered subject to vehicle availability. You get a confirmed window rather than an all-day wait.
- STEP 4
We load and clear
The crew arrives with the correct vehicle, loads everything by hand, and sweeps up. The Aberystwyth pallet and packaging disposal is weighed and documented at a licensed facility afterwards.
What affects the price
Pallet & Packaging Disposal starts from £130. Your fixed price is confirmed once we have seen photographs.
- Waste type — recycling routes are cheaper than general disposal
- Access — stairs, long carries and restricted parking add labour time
- Timing — weekend, evening and emergency slots carry an uplift
- Location — travel beyond the included mileage is charged at the vehicle rate
- Volume — how much of the van the load actually fills
- Weight — dense material such as rubble, soil and concrete costs more at the gate
Collecting in Aberystwyth
Aberystwyth sits in Ceredigion, within Wales. We collect from Aberystwyth, Lampeter, Tregaron and Borth and the surrounding streets. Collections are planned around access, parking and permit restrictions before the vehicle is dispatched.
What we do and do not take
We collect and dispose. We are not a pallet pooling operator and do not buy, repair or return pallets into a hire network, and we do not handle contaminated or chemically treated packaging.
All waste is collected by registered waste carriers and taken to licensed facilities. Waste transfer documentation is provided where applicable.
Pallet & Packaging Disposal FAQs
Can you collect pallets weekly in Aberystwyth?
Yes. Recurring collections are priced per visit once we know the volume, which is almost always cheaper than reactive one-offs.
Do you pay for pallets?
No. Broken pallets have a disposal cost, not a resale value — anyone promising otherwise is usually cherry-picking the good ones.
Is cardboard recycled?
Yes, clean dry cardboard goes into a recycling stream and is priced lower than mixed waste because of it.
Is this cheaper than hiring a skip in Aberystwyth?
Frequently. There is no permit to buy, no driveway lost for a week, and you only pay for the space the waste actually occupies. For small and medium pallet and packaging disposal loads in Aberystwyth, a wait-and-load collection usually wins on both price and speed.
Are you a licensed waste carrier?
Yes. Every Aberystwyth collection is carried out by a registered waste carrier and taken to a licensed facility. Waste transfer documentation is issued where duty of care applies.
Can you collect the same day in Aberystwyth?
Often, yes. Same-day pallet and packaging disposal in Aberystwyth depends on vehicle availability at the time you call. If we cannot reach you today we will say so rather than take the booking and let you down.
How much does pallet and packaging disposal cost in Aberystwyth?
Pallet & Packaging Disposal in Aberystwyth starts from £130. The final figure depends on volume, weight and access. Send photographs on WhatsApp and we confirm a fixed price rather than an hourly guess.

Clearances often sit either side of a move. If you need the furniture that is staying taken to a new address in Aberystwyth, that is a removals job rather than a waste job — and it is priced separately.
