How it works
- STEP 1
Send photographs
Snap the junk removal at your Wick address and send it on WhatsApp. Photographs are the single biggest factor in quote accuracy — the more you send, the tighter the fixed price.
- STEP 2
Receive a fixed price
We assess volume, weight and access, then confirm a written figure covering the agreed labour, transport and disposal requirements for your collection in Wick. Any change in scope is discussed before work continues.
- STEP 3
Choose your slot
Same-day, next-day, weekend and evening windows are offered subject to vehicle availability. You get a confirmed window rather than an all-day wait.
- STEP 4
We load and clear
The crew arrives with the correct vehicle, loads everything by hand, and sweeps up. The collected junk removal from Wick is weighed and documented at a licensed facility afterwards.
What affects the price
Junk Removal starts from £95. Your fixed price is confirmed once we have seen photographs.
- Access — stairs, long carries and restricted parking add labour time
- Timing — weekend, evening and emergency slots carry an uplift
- Location — travel beyond the included mileage is charged at the vehicle rate
- Volume — how much of the van the load actually fills
- Weight — dense material such as rubble, soil and concrete costs more at the gate
- Waste type — recycling routes are cheaper than general disposal
Collecting in Wick
Wick sits in Highland, within Scotland. We collect from Wick, Thurso, John O'Groats and Halkirk and the surrounding streets. Collections are planned around access, parking and permit restrictions before the vehicle is dispatched.
What we do and do not take
Non-hazardous junk only. Paint, chemicals, gas bottles, tyres and asbestos are outside our licence.
All waste is collected by registered waste carriers and taken to licensed facilities. Waste transfer documentation is provided where applicable.
Junk Removal FAQs
Do I have to sort the junk before you arrive?
No. Sorting happens at the licensed transfer station after collection, not on your driveway in Wick. Send photographs and we price the volume as it stands.
How is junk removal priced?
By the volume the load fills in the van, not by the hour. That means the price we quote in Wick is the price you pay even if the load takes longer to shift than expected.
How much does junk removal cost in Wick?
Junk Removal in Wick starts from £95. The final figure depends on volume, weight and access. Send photographs on WhatsApp and we confirm a fixed price rather than an hourly guess.
Can you handle difficult access?
Yes. Stairs, lifts, long carries, narrow lanes and permit bays are all workable at Wick properties — we just need to know in advance so the right crew and vehicle are sent.
Why do you ask for photographs?
Because guessing is how customers get stung. Photographs let us size the Wick vehicle, crew and disposal route correctly, so the price we quote for your junk removal is the price you pay.
What happens to the waste after collection?
It goes to a licensed transfer station where it is separated. Recoverable material from Wick collections is recycled, and only the residual fraction goes to final disposal.
Do I need to be there?
Not always. If the junk removal is accessible from outside at the Wick property, we can collect with photographs, written instructions and payment agreed in advance.

Moving as well as clearing in Wick?
Clearances often sit either side of a move. If you need the furniture that is staying taken to a new address in Wick, that is a removals job rather than a waste job — and it is priced separately.
