How it works
- STEP 1
Send photographs
Snap the fridge removal at your Ramsgate address and send it on WhatsApp. Photographs are the single biggest factor in quote accuracy — the more you send, the tighter the fixed price.
- STEP 2
Receive a fixed price
We assess volume, weight and access, then confirm a written figure covering the agreed labour, transport and disposal requirements for your collection in Ramsgate. Any change in scope is discussed before work continues.
- STEP 3
Choose your slot
Same-day, next-day, weekend and evening windows are offered subject to vehicle availability. You get a confirmed window rather than an all-day wait.
- STEP 4
We load and clear
The crew arrives with the correct vehicle, loads everything by hand, and sweeps up. The collected fridge removal from Ramsgate is weighed and documented at a licensed facility afterwards.
What affects the price
Fridge Removal starts from £95. Your fixed price is confirmed once we have seen photographs.
- Timing — weekend, evening and emergency slots carry an uplift
- Location — travel beyond the included mileage is charged at the vehicle rate
- Volume — how much of the van the load actually fills
- Weight — dense material such as rubble, soil and concrete costs more at the gate
- Waste type — recycling routes are cheaper than general disposal
- Access — stairs, long carries and restricted parking add labour time
Collecting in Ramsgate
Ramsgate sits in Kent, within South East England. Collections are planned around access, parking and permit restrictions before the vehicle is dispatched.
What we do and do not take
We disconnect from the plug only. We do not disconnect plumbed water lines or fitted integrated units from cabinetry.
All waste is collected by registered waste carriers and taken to licensed facilities. Waste transfer documentation is provided where applicable.
Fridge Removal FAQs
Why can't a fridge just go in a skip?
Because of the refrigerant. Fridges collected in Ramsgate go to a facility licensed to degas them — putting one in general waste is an offence, not just bad practice.
Do you take fridges from upstairs or a garage?
Yes. Tell us the access when you send photographs and we allocate a two-person crew if the carry needs it.
Can you collect the same day in Ramsgate?
Often, yes. Same-day fridge removal in Ramsgate depends on vehicle availability at the time you call. If we cannot reach you today we will say so rather than take the booking and let you down.
How much does fridge removal cost in Ramsgate?
Fridge Removal in Ramsgate starts from £95. The final figure depends on volume, weight and access. Send photographs on WhatsApp and we confirm a fixed price rather than an hourly guess.
Can you handle difficult access?
Yes. Stairs, lifts, long carries, narrow lanes and permit bays are all workable at Ramsgate properties — we just need to know in advance so the right crew and vehicle are sent.
Why do you ask for photographs?
Because guessing is how customers get stung. Photographs let us size the Ramsgate vehicle, crew and disposal route correctly, so the price we quote for your fridge removal is the price you pay.
What happens to the waste after collection?
It goes to a licensed transfer station where it is separated. Recoverable material from Ramsgate collections is recycled, and only the residual fraction goes to final disposal.

Moving as well as clearing in Ramsgate?
Clearances often sit either side of a move. If you need the furniture that is staying taken to a new address in Ramsgate, that is a removals job rather than a waste job — and it is priced separately.
