How it works
- STEP 1
Send photographs
Snap the commercial waste removal at your Ely address and send it on WhatsApp. Photographs are the single biggest factor in quote accuracy — the more you send, the tighter the fixed price.
- STEP 2
Receive a fixed price
We assess volume, weight and access, then confirm a written figure covering the agreed labour, transport and disposal requirements for your collection in Ely. Any change in scope is discussed before work continues.
- STEP 3
Choose your slot
Same-day, next-day, weekend and evening windows are offered subject to vehicle availability. You get a confirmed window rather than an all-day wait.
- STEP 4
We load and clear
The crew arrives with the correct vehicle, loads everything by hand, and sweeps up. The collected commercial waste removal from Ely is weighed and documented at a licensed facility afterwards.
What affects the price
Commercial Waste Removal starts from £195. Your fixed price is confirmed once we have seen photographs.
- Waste type — recycling routes are cheaper than general disposal
- Access — stairs, long carries and restricted parking add labour time
- Timing — weekend, evening and emergency slots carry an uplift
- Location — travel beyond the included mileage is charged at the vehicle rate
- Volume — how much of the van the load actually fills
- Weight — dense material such as rubble, soil and concrete costs more at the gate
What we do and do not take
Non-hazardous commercial waste. Clinical, chemical and hazardous streams require a specialist contractor.
All waste is collected by registered waste carriers and taken to licensed facilities. Waste transfer documentation is provided where applicable.
Commercial Waste Removal FAQs
Do you provide duty of care paperwork?
Yes. Every Ely business collection is documented so you can evidence compliant disposal during an inspection or audit.
Can you work around trading hours?
Yes. Early morning, evening and weekend slots keep collections out of your customers' way.
Is this cheaper than hiring a skip in Ely?
Frequently. There is no permit to buy, no driveway lost for a week, and you only pay for the space the waste actually occupies. For small and medium commercial waste removal loads in Ely, a wait-and-load collection usually wins on both price and speed.
Are you a licensed waste carrier?
Yes. Every Ely collection is carried out by a registered waste carrier and taken to a licensed facility. Waste transfer documentation is issued where duty of care applies.
Can you collect the same day in Ely?
Often, yes. Same-day commercial waste removal in Ely depends on vehicle availability at the time you call. If we cannot reach you today we will say so rather than take the booking and let you down.
How much does commercial waste removal cost in Ely?
Commercial Waste Removal in Ely starts from £195. The final figure depends on volume, weight and access. Send photographs on WhatsApp and we confirm a fixed price rather than an hourly guess.
Can you handle difficult access?
Yes. Stairs, lifts, long carries, narrow lanes and permit bays are all workable at Ely properties — we just need to know in advance so the right crew and vehicle are sent.

Moving as well as clearing in Ely?
Clearances often sit either side of a move. If you need the furniture that is staying taken to a new address in Ely, that is a removals job rather than a waste job — and it is priced separately.
