How it works
- STEP 1
Send photographs
Snap the cardboard collection at your Bath address and send it on WhatsApp. Photographs are the single biggest factor in quote accuracy — the more you send, the tighter the fixed price.
- STEP 2
Receive a fixed price
We assess volume, weight and access, then confirm a written figure covering the agreed labour, transport and disposal requirements for your collection in Bath. Any change in scope is discussed before work continues.
- STEP 3
Choose your slot
Same-day, next-day, weekend and evening windows are offered subject to vehicle availability. You get a confirmed window rather than an all-day wait.
- STEP 4
We load and clear
The crew arrives with the correct vehicle, loads everything by hand, and sweeps up. The collected cardboard collection from Bath is weighed and documented at a licensed facility afterwards.
What affects the price
Cardboard Collection starts from £95. Your fixed price is confirmed once we have seen photographs.
- Waste type — recycling routes are cheaper than general disposal
- Access — stairs, long carries and restricted parking add labour time
- Timing — weekend, evening and emergency slots carry an uplift
- Location — travel beyond the included mileage is charged at the vehicle rate
- Volume — how much of the van the load actually fills
- Weight — dense material such as rubble, soil and concrete costs more at the gate
Collecting in Bath
Bath sits in Somerset, within South West England. We collect from Bath City Centre, Lansdown, Widcombe, Bathwick, Oldfield Park and Weston and the surrounding streets. Collections are planned around access, parking and permit restrictions before the vehicle is dispatched.
What we do and do not take
Clean, dry cardboard and paper. Confidential document destruction requires a certified shredding provider, not a general carrier.
All waste is collected by registered waste carriers and taken to licensed facilities. Waste transfer documentation is provided where applicable.
Cardboard Collection FAQs
Does flattening the cardboard reduce the price?
Substantially. Cardboard prices on volume, so flat-packed cardboard from a Bath shop can halve the van space it needs.
Can you handle confidential paperwork?
Not to a certified destruction standard. Use a shredding provider for anything covered by data protection obligations.
What happens to the waste after collection?
It goes to a licensed transfer station where it is separated. Recoverable material from Bath collections is recycled, and only the residual fraction goes to final disposal.
Do I need to be there?
Not always. If the cardboard collection is accessible from outside at the Bath property, we can collect with photographs, written instructions and payment agreed in advance.
Is this cheaper than hiring a skip in Bath?
Frequently. There is no permit to buy, no driveway lost for a week, and you only pay for the space the waste actually occupies. For small and medium cardboard collection loads in Bath, a wait-and-load collection usually wins on both price and speed.
Are you a licensed waste carrier?
Yes. Every Bath collection is carried out by a registered waste carrier and taken to a licensed facility. Waste transfer documentation is issued where duty of care applies.
Can you collect the same day in Bath?
Often, yes. Same-day cardboard collection in Bath depends on vehicle availability at the time you call. If we cannot reach you today we will say so rather than take the booking and let you down.

Moving as well as clearing in Bath?
Clearances often sit either side of a move. If you need the furniture that is staying taken to a new address in Bath, that is a removals job rather than a waste job — and it is priced separately.
