How it works
- STEP 1
Send photographs
Snap the bathroom removal at your Ashford address and send it on WhatsApp. Photographs are the single biggest factor in quote accuracy — the more you send, the tighter the fixed price.
- STEP 2
Receive a fixed price
We assess volume, weight and access, then confirm one fixed figure covering labour, transport and licensed disposal for the Ashford collection. Nothing is added afterwards.
- STEP 3
Choose your slot
Same-day, next-day, weekend and evening windows are offered subject to vehicle availability. You get a confirmed window rather than an all-day wait.
- STEP 4
We load and clear
The crew arrives with the correct vehicle, loads everything by hand, and sweeps up. The Ashford bathroom removal is weighed and documented at a licensed facility afterwards.
What affects the price
Bathroom Removal starts from £140. Your fixed price is confirmed once we have seen photographs.
- Timing — weekend, evening and emergency slots carry an uplift
- Location — travel beyond the included mileage is charged at the vehicle rate
- Volume — how much of the van the load actually fills
- Weight — dense material such as rubble, soil and concrete costs more at the gate
- Waste type — recycling routes are cheaper than general disposal
- Access — stairs, long carries and restricted parking add labour time
Collecting in Ashford
Ashford sits in Kent, within South East England. We collect from Ashford Town Centre, Kennington, Willesborough, Singleton, Park Farm and Stanhope and the surrounding streets. Collections are planned around access, parking and permit restrictions before the vehicle is dispatched.
What we do and do not take
Waste clearance only. Plumbing disconnection and making-safe is the responsibility of your fitter.
All waste is collected by registered waste carriers and taken to licensed facilities. Waste transfer documentation is provided where applicable.
Bathroom Removal FAQs
Can you carry a cast iron bath downstairs?
Yes, with a two-person lift. Tell us the floor and stair layout at your Ashford property when you send photographs.
Is tile debris priced as rubble?
Yes. Ceramic and tile waste is dense, so it is priced against the heavier inert band rather than general waste.
Can you collect the same day in Ashford?
Often, yes. Same-day bathroom removal in Ashford depends on vehicle availability at the time you call. If we cannot reach you today we will say so rather than take the booking and let you down.
How much does bathroom removal cost in Ashford?
Bathroom Removal in Ashford starts from £140. The final figure depends on volume, weight and access. Send photographs on WhatsApp and we confirm a fixed price rather than an hourly guess.
Can you handle difficult access?
Yes. Stairs, lifts, long carries, narrow lanes and permit bays are all workable at Ashford properties — we just need to know in advance so the right crew and vehicle are sent.
Why do you ask for photographs?
Because guessing is how customers get stung. Photographs let us size the Ashford vehicle, crew and disposal route correctly, so the price we quote for your bathroom removal is the price you pay.
What happens to the waste after collection?
It goes to a licensed transfer station where it is separated. Recoverable material from Ashford collections is recycled, and only the residual fraction goes to final disposal.

Moving as well as clearing in Ashford?
Clearances often sit either side of a move. If you need the furniture that is staying taken to a new address in Ashford, that is a removals job rather than a waste job — and it is priced separately.
