No. We run dedicated direct vans — one driver, one van, one route from your collection to the drop. No hub sort, no depot handover, no unknown-driver last mile. Better for anything fragile, awkward, high-value, or on a tight deadline.

Standard UK, Euro, quarter, half and full pallets can be reviewed. Tell us every pallet's dimensions, total weight, stacking restrictions, loading method and access so we can confirm a suitable vehicle.

Same-day pallet delivery may be available. We can often collect within 60–90 minutes, subject to driver availability, location and booking confirmation. Flexi7 is available for suitable non-urgent freight.

Goods are normally covered under the assigned driver's goods-in-transit policy up to £5,000. Taylors Courier Service Ltd's contractual liability is capped at £250 unless otherwise agreed in writing. Additional cover can be arranged before collection.
