What's in scope (and what isn't)
We'd rather be honest about boundaries than win a job we can't do properly.
What we do
- Same-day multi-drop routes (typically 3–15 stops)
- Driver routes optimised before departure
- Per-stop signed POD with photo
- Lower cost-per-drop than booking individual jobs
What we don't
- ADR / hazardous goods (we are not ADR-licensed)
- Deep-frozen transport — we run refrigerated (chilled) only, not frozen
- MHRA GDP-validated pharmaceutical cold-chain
- Larger commercial loads require a 7.5T or 18T suitability review
- 100+ drop national parcel rounds (use a parcel network)
- Continuous daily fixed rounds without a contract in place

FAQs
How many drops can you do in a day?▼
Typically 3–15 in a same-day van depending on geography. More than that, we'd plan it as a contracted route with multiple vehicles.
How is multi-drop priced?▼
Direct mileage plus a per-stop allowance — cheaper than booking each leg separately.
Are you insured?▼
Yes — up to £5,000 Goods-in-Transit and £1m Public Liability. A current certificate of insurance can be emailed before the first job.
Can I open a business account?▼
Yes. 5-minute application, subject to credit check. Book against a PO, get one consolidated invoice per month, 30-day terms.
How fast can you collect?▼
Urgent collection is typically 60–90 minutes from booking, depending on driver position. Flexi7 covers collection and delivery within seven days and is normally around 30% below the equivalent dedicated service where suitable and available.
